Out-of-body experience. Through adventure, drugs, sex, art, and various other ways, we continuosuly seek such experiences. The most blissful moments of our lives are when we forget ourselves, when we transcend the certainty of our existence. We feel entrapped in our bodies, so we seek deliverance in all forms. In the notes of a piano, the swift strokes on a canvas, in stories and songs, in dreams and indulgence. Yet, finally, we find it only in death. Death is the true and the only out-of-body experience. That we have this restless, compelling desire to be out of body implies we are distinct from our bodies. We are souls.
Therefore, soul is real. There is a soul.
Matter is just a condensed form of energy, and energy is never at rest. It must move. That is why universe, and everything in it, is always in flux. Flux is the natural state of all matter and all dimensions, including time. For this reason, no matter how much you talk about present, you will not be able to point a moment of time and identify it as now. All divison of time is metaphorical. So, too, is all division of form. There is just enegry, perpetually in motion. Any attempt to confine its movement results in explosion. Repression, consequently, effects anger and neurosis. Energy can never be contained, so forms must perish.
Therefore, energy is real. There is no soul.
